This place is the BEST. I got a real bad cavity and went to see Dr. Dokko for the first time. He examined and scheduled me in for to get it fixed. During these time it is SUPER hard to get in. My toothache started about a week ago and suddenly got really worse two days ago. I called Dr. Dokko's office to schedule an appointment. Though I was hoping to see Dr. Dokko for an urgent dental treatment, I did not really expect to see this happen given that most dental clinics would not be able to see you immediately. But to my surprise, the receptionist was so kind and helpful that she quickly scheduled an afternoon appointment on the same day I made the phone call! Dr. Dokko not only removed cavity from my tooth but also did root canal, filling and installed a crown on my tooth. All the treatments were completed within two and a half hours! He successfully rescued my tooth! Again, I was really impressed by his highly specialized skillsets as last time when he did tooth implant for me! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to see a dentist!

A very clean and beautiful office. The staff is so friendly that you forget you’re about to have your teeth worked on. Dr. Dokku is wonderful. I had some bad pain in all my teeth just last night and he personally returned my call this morning. I’ve had other dentists before but nobody like Dr. Dokku. He is the most gentle dentist I’ve had and I love that he can take a joke. If you are anything like me and hate having your teeth worked on, then go to this practice and see Dr. Dokku because they make the process easier on you.

Hadn't been for a few years & I definitely enjoyed this office more than any of my other ones. Actually gave me good tips to improve oral health, and talked to me instead of talking down to me. Quick scheduling if you need a cavity filled, etc. Front desk ladies are excellent as well. Good handling of COVID with hand sanitizer, temp checks, waiting in your car until called in.

I had a terrific experience at Brighter Day Dental, having an old crown removed and a cerec crown replacement done. I was afraid to have this procedure, but Dr. Dokko was so reassuring, explaining everything he did and made it painless, even the lidocaine shot which I DID NOT FEEL AT ALL!! I am really happy with the work and how the assistant was so kind and helpful, people at the front office were great and Jeanette even made a follow up call to be sure I was doing well the day after. Trust your dental care to Dr. Dokko, you will be so happy!

The office is clean and well decorated. I felt like the attitude was upscale but the faculty was down to earth and every kind. Everyone treated me warmly and I did not feel uneasy about the procedures I went through during my exam.

I honestly love this place. I know, sounds weird. But I’ve had dental work done in the east coast by one of the best dentists in the tri state area for 20yrs and when i moved to california i was a little nervous. I had several dentists here before i found Dr. Dokko. This guy is top notch! I immediately felt comfortable. His assitants are very good and so are the weekend hygenists. You name it, ive had it done. All my fillings are still very much intact. He fixed “iceberg cracks” and a future “will chip” on my two front teeth. You cant even tell there’s any work done! He is always honest with me and suggests my best options but is also willing to let the customer decide what they want to do with their teeth. If you live anywhere near Concord and you’re not going here for your dental work, you’re making a mistake. Also, place is superrrr clean, not to mention they’re over the top w the covid precautions if thats your concern.

I'm so impressed by all the safety precautions taken since the COVID lockdown. They bought new equipment to suck up all the overspray, and unlike other dentists, I got a full dental cleaning not just scraping. I would highly recommend Courtney and Dr. Dokko.

Cannot recommend Brighter Day Dental enough! After a bad experience else where Laura made sure my insurance, scheduling and everything was in order for my first visit. Great office with a wonderful team. They have taken care of my teeth for years, I even kept them when I moved out of town. When necessary, they have worked with me on planning out services to maximize insurance benefits and minimize my out of pocket expenses. Today I had a cleaning done and met Diamond who recently joined the team. She did an amazing job, with a pleasant and funny personality. Also, Laura is a ray of sunshine whenever I call to make or change an apppointment. I definitely suggest you make the switch to Brighter Day, in fact, I love them so much that I  convinced several family members to switch to them.

Terrified..that is what I was when I first heard the words extraction and implant...keep in mind I was in my late 20s at the time and one of my front teeth had a failed root canal after 9 years of being in place. Ok long story short..got the tooth extracted (no pain and only slight discomfort afterwards). After 5ish months of waiting for the wound to heal and hours of researching and calling different offices I have found Brighter Day Dental. I came in for a consultation to see if I would be a good candidate for an implant. From the moment you walk in everything was explained, all the steps, the costs and all questions answered. There were 3 steps to the process and believe me when I say I had NO pain...the Doctor and his assistants do an amazing and swift job. The new tooth looks x10 better than my original. The placement, overall cost and the whole process has been so smooth that even though I live in Sunnyvale I am looking to get my dental work done at this office. 10+ stars if I could. If you are getting an implant done or any dental work this is the office to get it done at.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. First when you walk in you meet Laura. Laura always says hello and has a smile on her face. Crystal the dental assistant is so sweet. They all make you so comfortable. Dr. Chul Dokko is super! If you are nervous to go to the dentist or have any worries, you can leave that at the door with this office. They take the time to listen to the concerns you may have and make it the best visit every time.

This is a long overdue review! I found this practice here on yelp, and I have zero regrets. I had really bad tooth aches a few years ago that I kept putting off. Finally after a month, medicine wouldn't disguise the pain anymore. So I went to my regular dentist and she told me it may be my wisdom teeth coming in. I was so stunned because here I was (26 at the time) Thinking I was lucky that they never came in. She said she couldn't do it because she doesn't specialize in that area. She gave me a few recommendations, and they all charged too much! I didn't have insurance at the time, but this place helped me out with my payments. I did monthly payments to cover everything. Thank god I didn't need my wisdom teeth extracted. I just have a sensitive tooth. Lauren, the receptionist was so kind! We communicated through email, and over the phone. She was very helpful and sweet. The dentist and his dental assistant were so spot on and professional. Now I know where to go if I ever have any issues again!

If you are like, well everyone, you hate tooth issues and their costs. We all fight and put these visits off to the last or near last minute. Additionally we all hate having to go from dentist to dentist to find the one specializes in the type of tooth problem we may have.  Well if you are in need of dental work this is were you want it done.  All of it. No need for specialists. Five stars is simply not enough to rate this Dr. and office. They are an Eleven out of Five. Doctor Dokko is, by far, the best dentist I've ever had. He has a velvet touch so you feel little or no pain throughout any procedure. His office has state of the art instruments and equipment which feel like they are out of James Bond film. Everything his staff does and how they do it is beyond amazing. AND his prices are incredibly reasonable.  I've had cleanings, fillings, tooth extractions, root canals, posts and implants, all by one doctor with the greatest staff and service. I know people will think I'm over stating my experiences with Dr. Dokko, but I am not. I highly and emphatically recommend this office and Dr. Dokko.

Took him to Brighter Day they did X-rays and realized he did not have 8 cavities. But did have a small one and told me if he flosses it will not get any bigger. Okay I seriously thought all these reviews were exaggerated by people who are scared of the dentist lol but they're really not! I walked in and was immediately greeted, by first name, by a wonderful and very pleasant receptionist (sorry I'm really bad with names and I'm writing this a few days later :( ). The whole registration process was quick, easy and I was really happy with how discreet they are with personal info. I didn't wait long until I was taken back and X-rays started. I usually hate this part because when I've had it done before, those plastic things they put in your mouth just HURT. Not here. So after this, I was promptly introduced to my dentist. He was very informative and took his time to make sure I understood everything about the process and any additional procedures required. While the dental hygienist was doing my cleaning, they let me pick a channel and relax during the process. At first I thought it was kind of weird but that's such a good distraction in case anyone is really nervous! Just watch your favorite show :) all in all, i love it here. I got home and recommended it to at least 4 friends lol i was so surprised how smooth it all went. See ya next month guys!

Amazing doctor and staff!! My first visit today was truly impressive. Front office greeted me with smiles and professionalism, x-ray technician was patient, warm and was thorough to get the best angles of xrays. I was one of those people that neglected my teeth for years. Suddenly, I was in pain and didn't have dental insurance. I called a few places and got the same blah blah blah. I found a brighter day dental on a flyer that came in my mailbox. They were open late two nights a week and Saturdays. As I gave Laura the spiel, she was kind, compassionate and supportive. She gave me several options and sound advice if I chose to go elsewhere.  Of course I booked an appointment with her. Dr. Dokko was wonderful. So understanding of my fear of dentists. He was calming, patient and even made me laugh. Everyone in the office is great. They all listened to my stories of why I have not been to the dentist in so long as if they really cared. They have state-of-the-art technology. A TV that hangs over the dental chair that has cable! The TV also displays your x-rays and pictures taken in your mouth. I got a root canal, I don't know how they do it but I left there with my permanent tooth!!! No waiting two weeks with an uncomfortable temporary and coming back. I have recommended brighter day dental to several people and all have thanked me.

She explained everything very clearly and was able to work with my schedule. Courtney-dental Hygienist, did great job on my deep cleaning. She was very friendly, and easy to approach.Dr Dokko- did great job on my wife's root canal and crown work. She did not feel much pain and the process went great. I'm going to see him in two weeks to remove my wisdom teeth.I think this office is honest with their business at same time very knowledgeable. BEST CLEANING I'VE EVER HAD!!!! I had Megan one of the hygienist there. This girl went to work. She got everything out I feel like a new me. She was so in tune with my level of sensitivity and took every measure to make sure it was a good experience for me. The place is state of the art, clean, and the entire staff is super friendly. My dentist for over 20 years had retired and I no longer wanted to continue making an hour commute into San Francisco. Thanks to Yelp I found a great dentist closer to home. The receptionist goes through everything with you on the computer which I loved.Dr. Dokko was great. He listened intently to all of my concerns before my exam and addressed each one of them after my exam. Very professional! His office is very clean and modern. They do digital x-rays so no more of the uncomfortable feeling of biting down on paper film.I'm so happy I went to Brighter Day Dental. I highly recommend this office. I realized I never updated as promised after my deep cleaning last year  The experience wasn't painless, but it wasn't as bad as this process usually is.  The shots hurt, won't lie about that but the staff are very understanding and as gentle as can be.  Dr. Dokko did the numbing cleaning himself both times, and he also did my first follow-up cleaning.  During my first follow-up cleaning, I asked for topical numbing gel and he said he did not like to use it.  He explained that the sensitivity and pain I feel is due to enamel loss and the topical would do nothing for that.  That made sense, as the procedure felt the same as when topical was used at other dental cleanings elsewhere.  He recommended Sensodyne toothpaste.  He did offer Novocaine for the pain but I declined having the shots, sometimes they hurt more than the few spots of sensitive area pain!They measure my 'pockets' each time I visit and my gums continued to improve.  I'm currently 4 months behind on a cleaning visit so I expect some reversal but hopefully we can get back on track!

The best dental experience I've had thus far. From the from front desk lady to his assistant I must say were very nice and professional . Also the facility is very up to date and clean. Dr.Dokko himself was great ! I had a tooth extraction and like he said all I would feel is pressure . Which he was right .. All in all i would definitely recommend him. The environment is very comfortable and modern. Very advanced equipment is used inside. I've been a regular customer since 2009.Let me put it this way: I don't even live in California anymore and I still fly in to have Dr. Dokko take care of my oral health.

Love this office! The staff is so friendly, reassuring and just plain NICE! Dr. Dokko is great too. Glad we found them. My daughter even looks forward to coming in for routine cleaning or even for any dental work that's needed. Their hours of operation are a bonus.... But I would still come if it they operated during the 9-5 hours.

Dr Dokko is the most amazing dentist ever! I just recently moved to the area & after reviewing on Yelp I decided to go to Brighter Day Dental. My first experience was great. The staff is super friendly & very informative. My favorite is Laura who has all my dental records on point. She is very professional & is always smiling. Best dental practice ever! In my entire adulthood, I have yet to come across a practice that is not only professional, friendly and highly experienced but very sincere staff. The front office has a great ambience, and the staff are all so attentive and by far the best in all aspects of their service.I came to this practice with a half completed implant procedure. After numerous visits to many dental practices, and the inability to obtain my dental records due to fraudulent activity from previous dentist; Dr. Dukko was able to deliver. He completed the unfinished job, and payments were reasonable and they were very open with my payments. I love the dentist as well. Very gentle, explains procedures and made me feel completely comfortable. This by far was the best experience ever! I have found my new dentist!!!

Dr Dokko and staff is the best dentistry team I've come across. Laura at the front is immensely helpful. Courtney the hygienist is awesome and Dr. Dokko is very quick and professional. the equipment is much more up to date compared to other Dentists I've been to. Not only is this team great for me, I know that i've found a Dentist for my entire family.

I had a family dentist for over 20 years and when he retired i was heartbroken.   So, when I was referred to Dr. Dooko's practice by a family member, I was a bit apprehensive.  Dr. Dooko's office and his ENTIRE staff are top notch! They are friendly, efficient, and extremely professional.  It is a dentist office with all of the modern touches ( t.v. to watch while you are getting worked on, digital images , and ultrasonic ... Just to name a few things) .  Dr. Dooko is very kind and thorough in his approach , he explains everything and you do not feel forced to have all of the work done that he is suggesting.  The office hours are amazing-they're even open on Saturdays!I am so glad we were referred to his office -they are wonderful!  I highly recommend Dr. Dooko for your dental needs- I believe you will NOT be disappointed .

Dr. Dokko was awesome.! While giving me a few fillings,  he straightened my front tooth so it wouldn't look so pointy. I love my experience each time I come here...esp when I try to avoid going to the dentist. You won't be disappointed.

Just had my first visit to see Dr. Dokko and I highly recommend him.  The staff are all very nice and the office is equipped with the latest technology.  The cleaning was fast, probably because I do try to make it to the dentist every 6 months for a cleaning and I floss nightly.  He did notice an area of tenderness in my gum which was probably due to the fact that the contact between the teeth are so tight that it is often difficult to get floss in between them.  When he was flossing my teeth he had trouble with that spot (as well as another tight contact area) and he took a tiny piece of sandpaper and sanded the area between the two teeth, just enough to allow a piece of floss to more easily pass between the two.  Such a simple solution, yet my old dentist never thought of it.  He had told me that I just need to toughen up the gum in that area by taking a tiny brush and brushing in between.I was so happy with the work that I already have my next cleaning scheduled in 6 months.

I've been coming to see Dr Dokko for nearly 5 years now and will continue to do so as long as I live in the Bay Area. His office is modern and his staff always friendly and welcoming. They have incredibly accommodating hours during the week and are open some days in the evening. Healthcare professionals tend to be pretty picky when we choose our medical care; I'm no exception to this quirk!Dr Dokko and his staff have always provided consistent,  quality service; they truly care about their patients.I highly recommend him.

Finally got insurance so I booked an appointment for me and my fiancé. It had been years since either one of us had been. The staff is really nice and personable! They all make you feel comfortable from the start. They took X-rays and let me watch TV during the cleaning. dr. Dokko is very nice as well. My fiancé has had horrific experiences at the dentist before so he had a lot of anxiety coming into the appointment. Dr. Dokko took great care of him as well! Thank you to the staff at Brighter Day Dental- we'll definitely be back in 6 months!

The best dentist experience I have ever had!I just got a full-time job and finally received my dental benefits. Brighter Day is near my house and after receiving a flyer postcard in the mail, I decided to give it a try. I called and made an appointment. The receptionist was extremely nice and knowledgeable (I think her name was Laura). She even told me that if I wanted to avoid having x-rays, I could try and have ones sent from my old dentist if  hey were in digital format.On the day of my appointment, a Tuesday at 1:30pm, the waiting room was empty, and after receiving a pleasant greeting from the receptionist, she walked me through the digital waivers and forms for new patients. I signed the digital copies. which was so cool (and very green :)Next, I met the hygienist who was great! She struck up a conversation with me about my job while she got me all set for the panoramic x-ray. After that, I was seated in my little nook in the patient chair (which was comfy, even for me: I'm tall and usually my legs hang off the edge of the chair). In the chair, she took 8 more x-rays, but here's the kicker: as my x-ray is being taken, there's a movable computer monitor right in front of me showing the x-ray images in real time!After that, my hygienist went over what she saw in the x-rays and there was a short wait for the doctor. The dentist was pleasant, relaxed and extremely knowledgeable. He saw I still had my wisdom teeth but said unless they were causing any pain or discomfort, he was okay just leaving them in, unless I wanted them out! Most other dentists would try to make a quick buck and damn-near force me to have them removed.HERE'S THE BEST PART: I got to watch the Maury Povich show during my cleaning! The movable computer monitor in the room was positioned above my head.I had an amazing experience and I highly recommend that you give Brighter Day a try!

It's me again. What can I say Brighter Day is the best. The staff is wonderful from the front desk to Dr D. I am a huge baby I even cried. I felt so bad yet they are always kind and comforting. I will return and recommend to anyone. I love that they even remember the little things. Like reminding you to bring your earbuds that I had forgotten last visit. Yay for Dr D and staff.

I was having some issues with the level of services that I was receiving from my previous dentist that made me scared to go see dentist for the last couple years. I received a post card from Dr. Dokko's office just in time I was having so much pain with the bridge was done incorrectly by my previous dentist so I decided topay Dr. Dokko's a visit. The appointment was able to obtained on the same day, and I was impressed how caring the staffs in this office was giving me. I had to fill in the application since this is my first visit to Dr. Dokko's office, I was surprised that the application is quite simple that they didn't ask for a lot of personal questions like my social security number, my home address (I gave my postal office address). Since I was in a lot of pain, Dr. Dokko gave me the procedure as soon as I got there. and Dr. Dokko is very professional and I feel very comforting during the treatment . I would recommand Dr. Dokko and his staff to all my friends.By the way, I don't have insurance, Dr. Dokko's assistant Laura was very sincere and she even offered me a discounted rate. Dr. Dokko and his staff, particularly his assistant Jessica, are outstanding. The good doctor is a consummate professional who takes the time to listen to his patients. He doesn't rush through procedures and he frequently asks how you are doing, how you are feeling and if you have any discomfort at all.A dentist is like a barber or hairdresser. You find one you love, then due to some circumstance you are forced to find a new one. Your world is shattered as you stress to find a good one. My world has improved, and my stress has subsided, since I found Dr. Dokko.If you need a friendly, competent dentist with an incredibly attentive staff, Dr. Dokko should be your next dentist.

Have not gone to the dentist in 3 and a half years, despite having insurance in the past 18 months, was just too scared to go! I was surprised there wasn't a lot of work that needs to be done, and their costs seem reasonable. The office is beautiful, mostly paper-free and everyone I encountered was very friendly. The doctor was informative, friendly and made sure the hygienist knew to make my cleaning as pain-free as possible, and it really was painless :) The next procedure will be a little painful but I have a feeling it won't be so bad here.

Dr. Dokko is the best dentist I have ever had, he is kind, gentle and makes you feel totally comfortable. The whole staff is amazing. The have late appts and appts on Saturdays which works great for me. I have or shall I say had a big fear of going to the dentist but Dr. Dokko has totally changed my view on that fear and I totally appreciate him for that. I highly recommend him, I would travel hours to go there. 10 STARS

I give Dr. Dokko five stars!  My first appointment with Dr. Dokko for a cavity filling did not hurt at all.  The appointment itself was relaxing.  I was able to watch television.  I was shown the cavity on a screen as a photograph.  I really enjoyed speaking with the front desk person, Laura.  She really knows what she is talking about.  I enjoy scheduling my appointments with Laura.  The dental assistant was nice and detailed.

I can't give them more than five stars, otherwise, I would. The Dr. the staff, were all great. The office is paperless, which is great, and the equipment is state of the art, which meant quick x-rays-Even before I sat in the cleaning chair, my x-rays were on the screen in front of me.  I really love the fact they are open two nights a week, so I can't use the excuse of no nights. . I am looking forward to my next visit!

I guess there was a misunderstanding with the dentist and I but he was nice enough to reach out to me and clear things up. The office is great and the lady at the front desk was nice and  organized. My only complaint was $25 for copies of my X-ray when transferring but I  guess that's a standard fee for Brighter Day since they are paperless.

First off let me start by saying that I love the receptionist Laura she is amazing I feel that she goes above and beyond to help patients like me. I had a concern because I need braces for my bottom row of teeth and a mouth guard and she helped me find a good price because my insurance only covered the costs partially. Onto the dentist!! The dental assistant was really nice she comforted me usually I am a mess going into any doctor or dentist office I get really nervous for no reason. But she made me feel at home during my examination and cleaning and I told her that I think my teeth are sensitive she took this into account and didn't press as hard in certain areas. She was amazing!! Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. I liked Dr. Dokko also he was the one who told me I was grinding my teeth because I was complaining of pain. Thank you guys for being such an amazing office!!

Great staff.  They were able to fit my family of 3 for appointments on the same day.  This was my daughter's FIRST dentist visit and I am so glad that we came here.  Not only did the Dental Assistant turn on the tv to cartoons for her but they also had her giggling the whole time!  What 3 year old giggles while having their teeth checked and polished? I think we found ourselves a WINNER!

Absolutely LOVE Dr.Dokko and all the Staff at brighter day. They are so welcoming and caring. My niece usually accompanies me when I go in and they always accommodate her with water, books, and a movie. Not to mention the fact that we always leave with a toothbrush package goodie (: All in all thumbs up, been with this Dentist since 09' and were not going anywhere !

I had a 2 hr. appointment for a root canal and crown. I experienced no pain from the shot throughout the whole appointment. I walked out with a new crown, not a temporary one, at the end of the procedure. Incredible experience! No longer nervous about dental work. Both Dr. Dokko and his staff are incredible.

I really dislike dental work, and I am terrified of dentists! Dr. Dokko, is by far, the best dentist I ever had. In addition to the excellent services provided, the procedures are affordable. Dr. Dokko makes crowns in his office; my teeth were fixed, and crowns completed all in the same visit. Also, Dr. Dokko does root canals. I have struggled with a fear of dentists my whole life. I recently had a dental emergency. I was in such unbelievable pain I was looking through the yellow pages at midnight looking for a dentist I hoped would help me. I found Dr. Dokkos ad in the yellow pages. The website was listed so I went to the website, and read about this office. In the morning I sent an email and within 30 minutes, Dr. Dokko called me. Not one of his staff, but he called. He understood my fears and suggested I come in for a consultation. He only looked without touching any teeth. He explained the sedation process. He set up an appointment for me and I went in and had the work done.  He is absolutely the best dentist I have ever gone to. He understood what I was feeling, he listened to what I had to say, and he was true to his word. I know I can go back and he will accommodate my need to be sedated. If you are afraid of dentists but need to see one , run don't walk to Brighter Day Dental in Concord. His staff is very friendly and caring. I feel like a weight has been lifted because now I have a dentist who understands me. The only drawback to sedation is the need to be driven to the office and picked up because you are unable to drive yourself. The sedation process is just a matter of taking a couple of pills. In the past I have been so scared I was literally shaking when I got to the office. This time I was calm and once I was in the chair I remember very little of what happened. When I was finished I thought it had been about 30 minutes, but was actually in the chair for about 2 1/2 hours. He did quite a lot of work and I have had no ill effects from it. The office called me for two days afterwards to make sure I was ok and asked me to call if there were any problems. I gave 5 stars only because I couldn't give 10.

No Longer Scared......on my way to brighter daysDr. Dokko is heaven sent. I was terrified of the dentist due to previous experience. The staff is always friendly and professional. Lorri has A-1 customer service skills. They make you feel as if you are more than just a patient, but a friend. Dr. Dokko also have an outstanding assistant, (African American young lady) she was a true calming factor on my first day there. I am in the process of getting major work done and each step has been explained to me. After each procedure I receive a call to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions to please call them. As small as some of these things may seem to be they are huge when it comes to someone who has neglected their dental health because of a bad experience. I would recommend Brighter Day Dental to the world, because you will have brighter days after going to Dr. Dokko, (corny, but true). Last but not least, Ms. Maggie, she's just like the friend next door. She was so pleasant, she talked to me as if she had known me for a little while. The personnel within this dental office is just an A-1 group of people. I am so glad that they have given me a better outlook when it comes to a dentist office. If you are looking for a dentist please consider this office, you will not regret it. Thank you, thank you and thank you.

I found my dentist finally!! The office is very nice and clean. People are very firendly and not many papers to sign too. Everything is up to date and I liked the new machines too. I got my front teethed filled and my cavity done with a porcelain crown. Dr. Dokko made it less painful when I got the huge needle poked on my gum. Everything took about less than 2 hours. I liked the part which I get to see the areas of the problems that I had and he explained those very nicely and were easy to understand. He was also kind enough to let my husband and my two baby daughters stay and play upstairs while I got my teeth done. Cost was less expanisve than I thought it would cost me. so what's not to like?? I did feel pain after the numbness was gone, but it was expected and I felt ok after I took tylenol. I am going back for another appointment.

It's been over 2 years since I last went to the dentist. My last dentist was a prick. He didn't have a very professional manner whatsoever, and I couldn't stand going to him. The hygienists were great, but he was terrible. So, I hadn't gone to get a cleaning or x-rays in quite awhile.FINALLY, I decided I needed to find a new one. Looking through my insurance website and here on Yelp, I decided to go with Dr. Dokko. The office has hours that works with my schedule, and they were able to see me within a week of my first phone call. My experience with Dr. Dokko's office was great. It was quick and painless. Thank god I didn't get any cavities in the amount of time I hadn't seen a dentist!The office was very technologically up-to-date. All the forms were done electronically, the x-rays were taken digitally, and I was able to watch tv during the cleaning! It was so great to have my mind taken off what was happening and be able to focus on something else.Thanks!!

What an amazing experience to be had for a dental office. I dread going to the dentist, dread the work that will need to be performed, and dread the pain I will be in for weeks after. I have had two appointments so far with this office.  They are the best! Friendly, affordable, conveinant, and mostly honest.  Everything is up front and they work with my insurance. (YMMV) I have recommended them to my friends, family, and co-workers. If your looking for a new dentist, This is the best I have had yet.

Great experience.  I chipped a front tooth on New Year's Eve during the day and they were the only place open!  Even though they were extremely busy, the fit me in so that I could go out and enjoy my New Year's Eve smiling without being embarrassed!  The entire staff was amazing, and the work done was quick, professional and without pain.  I highly recommend them to everyone!  Being a person who hates going to the dentist, I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had at one.

This Guy is great! Came in for care after having a prior bad dentist. had two fillings out for a year, with one badly cracked tooth. On the first visit, after X-rays, he saved one tooth, crowned the other, and pulled the other one that i knew was beyond saving, all on the first visit. He is very good, knows what he is doing. Office is also clean and full of the latest technology. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I have both been here for cleanings. I've also had the pleasure(?) of having fillings and wisdom teeth removal done as well! Dr. Dokko and the entire staff are awesome and very nice. They've got all sorts of high tech stuff that my last dentist in Florida did not have.As long as we're living in the area, we'll definitely be sticking with Brighter Day Dental!

Wonderful exprience. Had a root canal, no pain at all, not even durning the shot to deaden the pain. Excellent. I highly recomend this dentist to everyone. The staff is very sweat and acomadating to your wishes. To all. This is a top dentist!!   I am not sure what the first person did after he saw this dentist, but what I can tell you is Ian not a dentist and I did everthing he said to do and I have had no pain, I have also refered several people to him that have had the same great exproence as I did.  I hope this helps you in your search.

just wanted to say that dr dokko is just amazing. he is very friendly and his staff are the nicest people i have ever meet. i just had a root canal done and a crown put in. I have to say i didnt feel no pain. Im one of those people who was scared about going to the dentist but now i cant wait to go again. so for all of u people that are afraid of the dentist, go visit dr dokko i pretty much guaranty that you wont be scared anymore after ur first visit.

I just went to brighter day dental for the first time. I was so amazed by the office. It was all digital.  I watched tv while a layed on my back and had the dentist (who was absolutely wonderful and extremely friendly), clean my teeth. I actually felt as though we had been friends for a while.It was a great experience and i look forward to going to the dentist. I was previous a client at smile care in conord, yeah they were nice but the staff office and technology of Brighter day dental , is 100 times better.
